User Support: Responding to user inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and providing solutions for desktop hardware and software issues.Installation and Configuration: Assisting in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of company laptops and software components. This may include setting up new laptops, installing operating systems, configuring network settings, and installing necessary applications.Software Support: Assisting users with software-related problems, including troubleshooting software errors, providing guidance on software usage, and installing or updating software applications.Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Analyzing and diagnosing technical problems, investigating root causes, and implementing appropriate solutions.User Training and Documentation: Conducting training sessions for end-users on basic desktop software and hardware usage, best practices, and security measures. Documenting technical procedures, troubleshooting guides, and frequently asked questions (FAQs) to create a knowledge base for future reference.What will make you a great fit:
