The Role:

As a Marketing Account Manager, you'll work closely with our talented team of account managers, designers, strategists, and content creators to deliver on client requests and strategies across a diverse portfolio.

A typical day might start with a review of all live projects for your clients, coordinating with design, content, social, or development teams to assess progress and add creative insights where needed. You could then review social media content for the upcoming week, build EDM campaigns, tweak blogs before publishing, and round off the day with research into new digital tools and tactics to keep your clients ahead of the curve.

Your Day-to-Day:

Translate client requests into clear, actionable briefs for the delivery team.Write and edit marketing copy for social posts, print, and digital media.Build EDM campaigns with support from our Email Marketing Manager and design team.Provide creative digital solutions to daily client challenges.Create marketing briefs for cross-platform campaigns.Improve SEO and customer experience (CX) across client websites.Review analytics and implement improvements to meet client goals.Ensure content quality by reviewing blogs, whitepapers, guides, and more to match the client’s tone and messaging.Coordinate internal teams to manage projects to completion.

Requirements:

4-6 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within an agency.Strong writing skills—able to create engaging and concise marketing copy.A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.Excellent planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effortlessly.Clear communication skills, capable of engaging a broad range of stakeholders.A relentless drive to innovate and improve marketing strategies.Effective collaboration skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
