We are looking for a highly motivated professional who is well versed in clinical knowledge, healthcare staffing, people leadership and compliance. This role will interview nurse applicants and provide clinical insight on items relating to traveler documentation as well as provide education and expert interpretation for internal and external customers.

Job Responsibilities:
 Field incoming clinical questions from team members and reply quickly
 Develop resources regarding clinical items for internal and external customers
 Assist with coordination of regulatory activities and onsite audits
 Counsel travel clinicians on incidents and performance evaluations
 Partner with clients to facilitate and manage performance plans for travelers
 Participate in review committee
 Assist with third party audits
 Policy creation, updating and teaching
 Review health documents and assist with follow up
 Contribute to monthly newsletter to distribute to health care travelers
 Interview and selection of candidates for hospital customers
 Conduct the performance evaluation program for traveling healthcare providers
 Additional responsibilities as needed

Job Qualifications:
 Licensure – Must hold and maintain current RN license (USRN and PRC)
 Education-Must have at a minimum an associate degree in Nursing
 Experience – A minimum of 7 years and hands on nursing experience
 Recent healthcare facility experience (within last 3 years)
 Minimum of one-year progressive leadership experience.
 Knowledge of healthcare travel industry and candidate credentialing
 Knowledge of Joint Commission guidelines and process
 Thorough knowledge of policy and procedure interpretation, writing and
teaching
 Exceptional relational skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and
teaching skills
 Able to manage multiple projects at once and keep strict attention to detail
 Adapt to frequent changes in workload and priority and organize these tasks
effectively and without supervision
 Professional level of written and oral communication skills
 Excellent problem solving
 Exceptional customer service orientation
 Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
 Positive attitude and demeanor
