    The main responsibilities of a CLIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST I include:

    • Facilitate Requisition, Canvassing, and System order processing for client’s operations
    • Accredit, Evaluate and Manage vendor partners
    • Conduct canvasses and review of item specifications
    • Negotiates and communicate with vendors to establish good terms
    • Coordinates with vendors/suppliers to follow up on delivery date and back orders
    • Discusses updates and progress to requesting department
    • Analyze information, make recommendations to management
    • Process requests from Purchase Order, Approval, Awarding, Delivery, to Payment endorsement.
    • Assists in the management and monitoring of all the company’s hardware; documenting each user or temporary owner and tracking pieces as needed for inventory purposes.
    • Will work closely with KMC vendors and building engineers to resolve issues most effectively.
    • May need to perform other duties or responsibilities required by immediate supervisor
    • Your working schedule may vary as operational demands may require, but you will render at least nine (9) hours/day or a total of forty-five (45) hours/week which is inclusive of breaks. Such official work schedule will be communicated to you by your supervisor.

      To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

      • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
      • 1-2 years previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or coordination roles, preferably within an MSP or IT services industry.
      • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to analyze data, identify trends, and propose solutions.

    It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of procurement principles, best practices, and contract management.
