If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you. Position: Warehouse Staff Location: Quezon City Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible Warehouse Staff for properly executing all the processes inside the warehouse such as receiving, processing, storing and dispatching inventory items accurately based on the documents provided. 

Responsibilities:

  • Receives, checks and documents item deliveries and returns.
  • Organizes items by sorting items from delivery to labeling and carefully restocking them in their designated locations (e.g. unload, label and store).
  • Handles all items with precautionary measures.
  • Imposes inventory management by proper documentation and following the standard operating procedure established by the warehouse.
  • Maintains a safe, organized and clean working environment inside the warehouse by ensuring shelves, pallet areas and workstations are orderly.
  • Prepares and completes orders accurately according to client’s orders for scheduled delivery or pick up (e.g. load, pack, wrap, label)
  • Reports any discrepancies for missing, lost, or damaged items to their respective immediate superior.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • At least with a high school diploma or graduate of senior high school.
    • Has prior experience in warehousing.
    • At least one (1) year of experience in an Automotive Company.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skill is a must.
    • Must have a strong physique and be physically fit for lifting heavy objects.
    • Ability to work independently and safely.
