POSITION OVERVIEW

The Warehouse & Logistics Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the
warehouse and logistics department or storage facility to ensure that all incoming and
outgoing inventory is processed according to schedule, managing a team of warehouse &
logistic staff. This role includes inventory management, logistics and deliveries to stores
nationwide, serving and facilitating the outright accounts orders, E-Commerce manpower
and merchandise support and ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse and logistics
distribution activities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and supervise daily warehouse and logistics operations, including receiving,
storage, and dispatching of goods.Coordinate logistics and deliveries to stores across the country, ensuring timely and
accurate deliveries.Oversee inventory management and conduct regular stock counts.Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels and warehouse activities.Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance
management.Maintain accurate records and files of inventory usage, and establish warehouse
practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse.Assist the budget preparation and administration.Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and
other team leads.Understand, work with the possibility help to develop new system in improving
warehouse and logistics operations.Preparing and processing of the office supplies requests of the retail stores, E-
Commerce and other departments. And communicate with other departments to
ensure products are shipped in a timely manner.Implement and monitor warehouse safety and security procedures.Collaborate with other departments to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained warehouse space.


QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 3 years work experience in Warehouse or Logistics Supervision & Admin
Supervision.Minimum of 2 years work experience in supervising and managing a professional
staff of at least five.A degree in any discipline is acceptable for entry into the position. Business or
management, Logistics or IT degree may be at an advantage.Strong effective communicator.Strong leadership and team management skills.Familiarity with inventory control management systems and practices.Comfortable using inventory management software and other organizational
computer applications.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skillsHas a good decision-making skillProficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Willing to work on weekends and holidays.Physical strength, stamina and the ability to walk and stand for a long periods of
time.Amenable to work onsite along West Service Road, Parañaque City, Monday to
Friday.
