About Us:

Zenith Sphere Services Inc. is an offshoring company based in the Philippines, catering to Australian-based small businesses. We currently provide technical services to Perth-based construction firms and are now looking to expand our service offering to include bookkeeping, virtual assistance, engineering, and administrative support all tailored to the unique needs of our clients. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Contract Administrator to join our vibrant team and make a significant impact on our projects.
 

What You'll Be Doing:  Australia-based projects.

Assisting in the administration and management of supply contracts.Maintaining and updating contract databases and filing systemsMonitoring contract performance, tracking deliverables, and ensuring compliance with all terms.Generating purchase requests for necessary materials and coordinating deliveries to clients.Preparing contract variations and handling invoicing and forecasting.Utilizing in-house software to update Bills of Material (BOM) and manage dispatches.Review contracts and interpret terms to support project goals.Actively participate in the contract team, engaging in all communications and project team meetings as needed.
 

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor’s/College Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.3-5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to prepare and interpret construction plans, schedules, quotations, and Bills of Material (BOM).Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Highly organized, quick efficient, and detail-oriented person.Knowledge in creating estimates and Bills of Material is an added advantage.Willingness to learn and be trained in accounting/project systems such as Xero, Tradify, Wintegrate, and other in-house software.
