Specific duties include but not limited to the following tasks:
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas; Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients.Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.Prepare reports on account status.Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer and/or client needs and objectives.Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.Motivate team leaders and team members.Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments for team leaders and team members.Suggest and organize account team building activities.Coordinate with HR Department in relation of team leaders & members’ leave application forms, incident reports, coaching logs, Overtime Trackers, and other internal documentation.Communicate internal concerns to the GSDs, Director of Leadership/ Operations Manager and HR DepartmentAttends leadership meetings and Focus Group Discussion set by the Management.Perform other tasks that will be assigned to, from time to time.
To be successful in this role you must…
Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management/operations management. customer success, or client-facing roles within a BPO or call center environment.Directly managed and supervised team leaders of a campaign/sExperience in chat or email management campaignsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership and clients effectively.Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
