JOB SUMMARY
Responsible of department transaction facilitation such as product support claims and activities reimbursement of dealers and company evets. A bridge between assigned department to other section and department.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Talks to dealer management heads and dealers with regards to claims and other activity budget concern. Checks APAF details to ensure that all requested supports are valid and aligned to the budget.Computes payment request to dealer’s product support, and shared activity proposal expenses.Writes payment request of dealers & incentive.Advise dealers of reminder and forfeiture of claims.Reconciles check issued for payment request.Plans and organized company-initiated activities.Advises and oversee their admin personnel in the team with regards to some concerns on the admin operation.Filing and safekeeping of confidential documents and information.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Accounting and/or Finance.Preferably with experience in administration/accounting/finance.Preferably adept with MS Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Must be willing to be assigned in Pryce Business Park, Bajada, Davao City.Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.-
