OVERALL PURPOSE:
Take over functions of Receiving Specialist, Delivery Scheduling Specialist, Delivery admin staff during leaves and CWW.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. AS RECEIVING SPECIALIST
Issue all purchase orders for receiving Acknowledging stocks received from the suppliersTransfer/send data files to other departments Encode quantity received, packer’s productivity reports Ensure all promo items were packed and received on the same day Return all bad orders and other unproductive SKU’s to suppliersEncode necessary adjustments and prints inventory checklist everytime there is an actual inventory count Respond to supplier’s delivery complaints Requisition/distribute office and warehouse supplies Properly fill up takeover logbook with incidence reports as needed and turns over to DCM when she reports back to work
2. AS DELIVERY SCHEDULING SPECIALIST
Plan and schedule deliveries to customers Ensure zero delivery pending / returns – check unloaded trucks, replace defective truck immediately and inform sales of the delaysEnsure all parameters set for delivering goods were followed ( truck size, availability, sketch for new customer, customers/trip, route etc.)Submit cancelled invoices to accounting on timeRespond to minor customers’ complaints, refer major issues to managerProperly fill up takeover logbook with incidence reports as needed and turns over to DCM when she reports back to work
3. AS DELIVERY ADMIN STAFF
Ensure all delivery invoices are submitted to Accounting Dep’t.Send all delivery related reports to respective departmentsEnsure all trucker delivery documents (waybill, trucker’s delivery report, invoices) were submitted to AccountingPrint and sort delivery invoices by customer and by areaArrange warehouse copy of the invoice according to picker assignmentEnsure all invoices for delivery is arrange according to delivery scheduleEnsure all next day delivery invoices are forwarded to warehouse for pickingEnsure all prepaid cards are received and releasedProperly fill up takeover logbook with incidence reports as needed and turns over to DCM when she reports back to work
QUALIFICATION:
College graduate of any 4-year degreeMinimum of 1 year experience working in a distribution, supply chain or logics businessHighly adaptablePossesses the ability to learn and multi-task among varied related and non-related business tasks/processes.Must be willing to undergo training in Manila (Accommodation and Allowances are provided during the training)
