DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and personal meeting. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner. Process the document and payment related requests of unit buyers. Responsible for building and maintaining solid relationships with customers, ensuring that their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. To provide exceptional after sales service and support to help enhance the company's overall image and reputation ultimately leading to greater customer satisfaction and loyalty.QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree graduate in Business and Communication or any related fieldWith (6) six months minimum background on customer service and real estate. Knowledgeable of customer service principles and practices. Knowledgeable of proper phone ethics, attentive, highly organized and able to work with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.-
