Position Overview:
We are seeking Customer Support Executives to join us within the next 1-2 weeks for a full-time, long-term opportunity.


Role Responsibilities:

-Manage online posting activities across various social media platforms.
-Engage with customers and provide timely, appropriate responses to their queries.

Role Requirements:

Reliable internet connection.
-Decent PC/laptop setup (i5 or i3 with a minimum of 8GB RAM preferred).
-Flexibility to work in shifts.
-Prior experience (6+ months) in live support or customer service roles preferred.
-Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to be trained are also welcome to apply.
