Site Utility Expense Management: Verify and process invoices for site utility expenses, including electricity, water, and potable water.Manpower Services Payment Processing: Verify and process invoices for head office and site manpower services, encompassing janitorial, security, and bodyguard services.Leased Properties Payment Processing: Verify and process invoices for leased offices, warehouses, showrooms, and signage.Payment Coordination: Coordinate and process payments received from the Central Administrative Services Group and the Material & Asset Management Group.Timely Payment Management: Ensure the prompt processing of payables. Secure official receipts and BIR Form 2307 from business partners for accurate record-keeping.Meralco Transfer of Ownership: Collect and verify requirements for the Meralco transfer of ownership process, facilitating a smooth transition from developer to unit owner.Task Monitoring: Maintain an up-to-date monitoring system for all assigned tasks, ensuring that deadlines are met. Manage both soft and hard copies of communication billings.Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Be ready to accept additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the department, contributing to the overall efficiency of operations.

Job Qualifications

College graduate of any business-related course;With at least one (1) year experience in administrative support;Resourceful, mature, hardworking and a team player; With good oral & written communication skills;Computer literate
