JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for providing administrative and clerical assistance in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides administrative support to ensure that the department’s operations are maintained in an effective, up-to-date and accurate manner.Provides support on the appointments, schedules and travel plans of the department, Managers and/or HeadMaintains and emails office calendar to coordinate work flow and meetings including schedule of account closings and title releasesServes as the Department’s liaisonProvides clerical assistance to the Department.Ensures required reports are submitted.Perform other related duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Secretarial or equivalent.With experience in clerical and administrative workKnowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications; Must have advance/intermediate MS Excel skillsOpen to work onsite in BGC
