- Managing the onboarding of new client
- Collaborating with team members regarding status information relating to your clients’ projects
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proficient with Zendesk and Salesforce
- Great Customer Service Experience
A driven, self-motivated and positive personality - The ability to consistently meet and exceed set targets
- A highly organised mindset and the ability to manage a large number of projects and client relationships with a positive and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams
- A solution-focused mindset and wants the best for the client and the company
- It will be highly regarded if you have an understanding of the digital space, Google products including online reviews, and SaaS products
