Ensure complete contract administration of MLFF System implementation project, including construction and system components, and monitor compliance of service providers with contract terms.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Tollway Construction and System Implementation
Review and ensure that contract terms of reference for the MLFF System Implementation project are completeReview agreed terms and conditions and attend pre-implementation sessions with process owners, contractors, consultants and service providers Review and finalize Operations Agreements as necessaryReview and evaluate contract compliance of the contractor as reported by the Project TeamReview and approve contractor requests for paymentReview and approve contractor claims for time, cost or quality variation in coordination with Project Manager or Team Lead and/or Construction Management Team LeadReview, approve, and resolve contracts administration-related issues and escalate issues that cannot be resolved to the Division HeadReview and approve certificates relevant to taking-over of works for construction work and completion for consultants and service providersGive inputs to the performance evaluation of contractors, consultants and service providersReview coordination meeting minutes and communicationsAttend Coordination MeetingsAttend Operations-related coordination meetings (critical only)B. Administrative
Attend regular Project Development Committee and Project Coordination MeetingReview and analyze weekly the Weekly Project Reports for submission to the Department Head
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably B.S. in C.E. Graduate; having a Master Degree is an advantageExperience: Minimum ten (10) years of work experience in handling contracts for engineering and construction, and system development for complex multi-disciplinary projects.Licenses: Preferably a licensed Civil EngineerOthers: Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and other work-related software)Good interpersonal and communication skillsAnalytical skillsCan work with minimum supervisionTake-charge attitudeCan direct and supervise multiple teams Self-motivated and fast learnerGood negotiation and facilitation skills
