THE ROLE:

The main mission Service Delivery – Documentation Assistant is to ensure timely local and international local customs declaration, perform pre-invoicing controls, and complete all documentation transactions not transferred to GBS while complying to legal and Group standard with the aim of continuously achieving customer satisfaction.

Export

Loading Confirmation to Customers.Local customs declaration (if not transferrable to GBS)Coordination of changesafter call closure(eg COD, switch BL, BL reissuance)Audit documentation risksand resolve/escalate in a timely mannerPre-Invoicing ControlsEnsure No Doc No Load Policy
 

Import

Local customs declaration (if not transferrable to GBS)Check and Manage missing/incorrect Cargo-In-Transit updatesPre-Invoicing ControlsManage incorrect/Missing Partnercode issues(If not transferred to GBS)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree - Any 4-year Business Admin related coursesStrong knowledge in Shipping Industry(minimum 5 years of experience)Has a background in Customer Service or DocumentationTrustworthy, Dependable, and keen to detailsAbove-average communication and interpersonal skillsMust have basic PC workstation skills in Windows, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
