Service Delivery – Documentation Assistant

The main mission of Service Delivery Documentation Assistant is to ensure timely local and international customs declaration, perform pre-invoicing controls, and complete all documentation transactions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Loading Confirmation to Customers
- Local customs declaration
- Coordination of changes after call closure
- Audit documentation risks and resolve/escalate in a timely manner
- Pre-Invoicing Controls
- Ensure No Doc No Load Policy
- Local customs declaration
- Check and Manage missing/incorrect Cargo-In-Transit updates
- Pre-Invoicing Controls
- Manage incorrect/Missing Partner code issues
- Loading Confirmation to Customers
- Local customs declaration
- Coordination of changes after call closure
- Audit documentation risks and resolve/escalate in a timely manner
- Pre-Invoicing Controls
- Ensure No Doc No Load Policy
Key Performance Indicators:
- Transactional Case resolution TAT
- Bill of lading and Amendment TAT & Accuracy
- Arrival notices TAT
- Export and Import call closures on time
- Timely completion and escalation of documentation transactions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong knowledge in Shipping Industry with minimum 5 years of experience
- Background in Customer Service or Documentation
- Trustworthy, Dependable, and keen to details
- Above-average communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic PC workstation skills in Windows, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
