HMO enrollment, cancellation and other HMO related transactions.Collects, compiles & coordinates DTR & other payroll documents’ submission for outsource payroll processor's processing bi-monthly.Resolves payroll disputes & concerns for processors’ confirmation & adjustment.Executes releasing of Final Pay for separating employees.Executes statutory receipt update to SAP system for issuance of certificates.Prepares monthly statutory affidavits as for client request.Administers SSS, PAGIBIG & PHILHEALTH remittance & other certificate issuance to requesting employees and/or audit compliance.Handles SSS Sickness & maternity benefit application from notification to reimbursement of requesting employees.Credit profile analysis for PAG IBIG Multi-Purpose Loan (MPL) application approval. Administers newly hired employees' enrollment & record update to PHILHEALTH via ER2 , SSS via online R1a and BIR for TIN numbers.Remits monthly PHILHEALTH, SSS, & Pagibig contribution and loans.Ensures compliance with all labor and benefit laws and stays current on regulatory changes.Addresses employee queries on compensation and benefit matters.Performs other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
