Compensation and Benefits 

  • Prepare and process payroll based on attendance (biometrics for onsite, Jibble for Landscape team, Whatsapp for Dubai and temporary WFH) 
  • Secure approval of payroll sheets 
  • Send payslip 
  • Answer queries regarding payroll dispute 
  • Credit earned leave 
  • Prepare and process payment to SSS, Philhealth and Pag Ibig Contribution and Loans 
  • Certify loan request from SSS and Pag Ibig 
  • Coordinate with provider for the enrollment, cancellation and update of employees entitled for insurance 
  • Schedule Annual Physical Examination 

    Admin 

    • Send daily attendance to HK Team, Counterparts 
    • Process and compute Utilization Report 
    • Send monthly headcount to HQ 
    • Recruitment and Onboarding 
    • Arrange schedule of applicants for interview 
    • Issue Job Offer Letter and Pre-Employment Checklist to successful candidates 
    • Prepare Employment Contract 
    • Conduct HR Orientation 
    • Endorse newly hired employee to assigned Team Lead 
    • Request ATM of newly hired employee from bank (if no personal Metrobank account) 

       Offboarding 

      • Secure clearance, project turn-over and conduct exit interview of resigned employees 
      • Process last pay computation 
      • Release Final Paycheck, COE and BIR 2316
