Job Responsibilities:
1. According to the company's human resources planning, formulate recruitment work plans for each position and strategic talent introduction plans and complete them efficiently;
2. Fully study the company's business, analyze the organizational talent structure of the cross-border e-commerce industry and outstanding target companies, and draw an industry talent map and related resource pools;
3. Regularly collect and summarize market talent information, provide information input to the business from the perspective of the talent market, and provide data and analysis support for the company's human resources recruitment strategy;
4. Establish a recruitment system, continuously optimize the recruitment process, empower the recruitment team, improve the overall recruitment quality and efficiency, and ensure a reasonable talent structure and sufficient supply.

job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of recruitment experience, and experience in recruitment management of both parties;
2. Have the ability to draw talent maps for industries and target companies, and be familiar with cross-border e-commerce, especially the talent layout and market dynamics of the beauty and personal care industry. Priority will be given to those who can do industry inventory/cutting-edge analysis, and have strategic/business analysis experience.
3. Result-oriented talents who pursue excellence, constantly self-motivate to learn knowledge in the field of human resources recruitment, improve their abilities and skills, and be able to put forward innovative suggestions and execution plans;
4. Excellent social and communication negotiation skills, with a spirit of sharing, working with the team to achieve goals and grow together;
5. Good English communication skills are preferred.
