Job Description Monitor escalations coming from ELC, GX, Executive Escalations Team or VPs funneled to B2B CXM Head/Leadership DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Handles escalations endorsed by internal VIPs (VPs and up) Follows through T1 account concerns Ensures to comply with the policies and procedures Timely acknowledgement of email endorsements Accountable for the timely resolution of escalated concerns Ensure the proper encoding of cases in the case tracker Ensures that the internal and external customers are updated on the status of the escalation/s REQUIREMENTS: 5 years experience in Service Level Management, Operations Manager, Customer Experience Management or Relationship Management Cisco Networking, ITIL v3 Foundation certification preferred

No required membership in a professional organization Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology or 5-year Engineering course like Electronic and Communications Engineering, Computer Engineer Make Your Passion
