JOB DESCRIPTION

Recruitment

a. Overall in-charge, performing and supervising full cycle recruiting process.

b. Interview applicants for direct hire positions.

c. Responsible in selecting and acquiring new recruitment channel such as portal, job fair, school fair, etc.

d. Coordinate with Department Managers regarding their manpower needs.

e. Closely coordinate with agencies related to manpower requirement.

f. Oversee and monitor manpower headcount and Orange (HRIS).

g. Suggest new recruiting procedures to HR Manager (e.g. job application and on-boarding processes).

h. Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social media and other free portals).

i. Evaluate performances of recruitment staff.

j. Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. cost-per-hire, retention rates, attrition rate).

k. Conduct orientation on newly hired personnel (direct and agency).

Learning, Organizational and Policy Development

Learning Development

Conduct Training Needs Analysis on both individual and organizational levels. Identify, develop, and implement training programs based on the needs of the organization. Propose and implement supervisory and leadership skills training for the leaders of the organization.Monitor efficiency and progress of implemented learning development programs. 

 

 

Organizational Development

Responsible in the update of Organizational Charts for all departments. Prepares Organization Design, Job Analysis and EvaluationReview of Job Descriptions based on current tasks and job functions of the incumbents.Oversees the file keeping of approved Table of Organization and Job Descriptions.Assists in the preparation, update of Policies and Procedures.Facilitates the Performance Management process including but not limited to re-design, communication, coordination, process implementation, and its general logistics.Assists in the conduct and upkeep of talent reviews and succession management plans of critical positions and high-potential employees for business continuity.

 

Policy Development

Review and enhance existing policy and procedures in accordance to current labor laws and practices. Propose enhancements and/or revisions to align with organizational objective. Responsible in documentation and dissemination of information regarding company policies. Ensure timely implementation of policy. 

 

REQUIREMENTS

Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development, Psychology, Behavioral Science or other Social Science CoursesWith at least 2-years experience handling Supervisory positionWith experience in training, learning and organizational developmentWith experience in crafting company policies and proceduresHigh leadership and management skillsWith good interpersonal skill and can deal with people at all levels in the organizationFlexible and can work with minimal supervisionCan work with team but can work independently as well
