Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required.Accounting certification (e.g. CMA or CPA) is a plusStrong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts, and using advanced formulas)Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to present financial information to stakeholders.Strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to the development of financial strategies.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Attention to detail and high accuracy in financial reporting.Knowledge of risk management and internal controls.

Aging analytics (Collection notes and Fields)Client Services/contract reviewsMonth End ReportingKPI/month end Reporting

Operations

Structuralize process and procedures by becoming the subject matter expert of all process prior to outsourcing to our PH FOS team or Us Team.Contract and rates per facilityCollections and Accounts Receivable process and proceduresCommunicates, documents, updates and maintains organized safekeeping of the following:Aging, review and provide guidance to the team regarding escalated itemsClient outreach in regards to problematic accounts or accounts that need to be escalatedAll SOP’s for Accounts receivables processingProcess change and improvement requests and implementationRequired reports and analysis for deliveryManages the weekly tier collection blocksMasters the processes to be able to handle the departments Escalation procedureEvaluates/Communicates team member concerns / requests to Director

Staff Development

Works directly with all team members and assesses training needs of individual staff members and/or group to enable each and every member of the team to be professionally successful in CGSI and meet/exceed KPI/OMs. Works directly with the FOS Director on training structure and implementation.Conducts appropriate trainings based on subject-matter expertiseRecommends and coordinates training classes or sources instructor/s with Director or Managers cross departmentallyPromotes a culture of continuous learningAssist in the development and reporting for the team’s KPI’s. Counseling on items that need improvement and addressing areas of concern with the Director. KPI to include accuracy, volume and speed.
