Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for sourcing, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews to determine which candidates meet the minimum requirements.Arrange schedule interview with hiring managers.Performing reference and background checks.Assisting HR head in creating and implementing onboarding plans; employee orientation, training and development.Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and processes.Maintaining relationship with both internal and external clients too ensure staffing goals are achieved.Completing timely reports on employment activity.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience with recruitmentAt least 2 years experience in all facets of human resourcesBachelor's Degree in Psychology, HR or any related course 

Skills:

Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)Able to make presentation and facilitate for a session or discussionHave a good interpersonal skillsOrganizationConfidentialityCreativityHighly motivated and result orientedDecision making
