Supply Chain Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals.Create and execute supply chain plans to meet customer demands while minimizing lead times and inventory holding costs.Supplier Management:Establish strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms, contracts, and agreements.Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality, delivery, and cost targets.Inventory Management:Optimize inventory levels to achieve a balance between meeting customer demand and minimizing carrying costs.Implement inventory control measures to reduce stock-outs and excess inventory.Logistics and Distribution:Oversee the transportation and distribution of goods, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to customers.Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize transportation routes and reduce transportation costs.Demand Forecasting:Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop accurate demand forecasts for products and services.Utilize forecasting data to plan procurement and production schedules effectively.Process Improvement and Efficiency:Continuously evaluate supply chain processes and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.Implement Lean and Six Sigma principles to streamline operations and reduce waste.Data Analysis and Reporting:Analyze supply chain data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in a leadership role within supply chain management, preferably in a similar industry. FRESH GRADUATES with RELEVANT INTERSHIP EXPERIENCE ARE WELCOME TO APPLYThorough understanding of supply chain principles, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.Proficient in data analysis and supply chain software applications.Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
