About the Role

The Customer Support Associate role will support the Customer Service by ensuring all duties are completed on a timely manner. This role will be assigned the following responsibilities:

Level 1 Support with Customers via Live ChatLevel 1 Support with Customers via EmailBack-end administrative task support for CustomersSupport team to ensure swift resolution to customer issuesEnsure all client KPIs and SLAs are met on a timely mannerWork closely with other business areas to improve processes and practicesAccept coaching and mentoring from management, learning and developing self with the goal of career progression within the business

 

Qualifications

College/Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or equivalent1-2 years’ experience related to customer service.Amenable to work on a shifting schedule and onsiteExperience in the travel industry is an asset.Exceptional communication skills, your telephone and written communication. This means you must be good in English, can communicateQuick Navigation Ability, Web Savvy, Coordinating experience Multitasking: Ability to Toggle Between Screens/ToolsIntermediate Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
