The Global Hub Training Lead is responsible for transforming our training team with his/her knowledge and expertise in meeting the global standards for training. He/she will support in driving the company’s winning plan by teaching new skills and knowledge to our trainers, employees and responsible for trainers and employees training and development activities. The ideal candidate is a great communicator with the ability to effectively describe complicated ideas to different audiences. He or She must be highly organized, proficient in time management and possess excellent public speaking skills.

What will you do?

  • Collaborate with management to identify company training needs and mapping out development plans (for teams and/or individuals):
    • Manage, Organize, Plan and Delivery a robust training program for all business needs: Migrations. System / Tools and Governance training related
      • Design, Develop and conduct training programs according to the business requirements
      • Responsible to coordinate Train the Trainers initiatives whenever required
    • Develop training strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of training delivery.
    • Work in a collaborative way across Shared Centers to Develop, Plan and Implement an annual training program, based on training needs analysis, skills assessment, and site business plan.
    • Plan and implement Skills Matrix review, Competency Review, Upskilling, Cross-skilling and Re-skilling programs.
  • Develop training modules and materials.
  • Maintain a database of all training materials for the hub.
  • Plan, execute and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions and lectures.
  • Provides one on one or group coaching to assist in the learning of new skills of the trainers and employees.
  • Support peers and assist with project management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or related field
  • At least Five (5) years’ previous experience as a trainer/training specialist/lead, or related position with handling a team is a plus.
  • Pass training certifications/examinations e.g. Training/Organizational Needs Analysis
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software, Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)
  • Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
  • Demonstrated commitment to a teamwork environment
  • Ability to manage responsibilities and priorities in a fast-paced and time-critical environment
  • Ability to show creative and flexible thinking
  • Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
  • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
  • Basic project management skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Product and Technical knowledge is essential
