Job Description

As a Business Development Representative, you will use effective means to locate and build relationships with potential investors. Your role will involve attending networking events, real estate investing meetups, engaging with networking groups, and utilizing social media to connect with prospects. You will nurture relationships, present investment offerings, answer questions, and provide updates and reports to active investors. Adhering to Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) guidelines, you will coordinate the closing process and ensure a seamless experience for investors.

Lead Generation:

Utilize various effective means to locate and build relationships with potential investors, such as networking events, real estate investing meetups, networking groups, and social media engagement.

Lead Conversion:

Nurture relationships with investor prospects, leads, and past investors.Present current offerings and answer questions related to potential investments.

Closing Coordination:

Adhere to Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) guidelines during the presentation of offers, subscription of investors, and collection of funds.Ensure that funds committed by investors are transferred to correlative impound accounts.

Relationship Management:

Maintain relationships with active investors, providing them with monthly updates, quarterly reports, and other relevant information regarding specific investments from Property Acquisition Specialists.
