A. GENERAL FUNCTION

Assess and prepare accurate billing for both domestic and foreign transactions. Receive payments for over-the-counter transactions.

 

B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Check all required documents should be submitted by the client for the final billing.Performed over the counter clients billing transactions in minimum possible time.Handle clients concerns by mail, telephone, and personal inquiry.Maintain and update Clients Files and issued billing statements and official receipts.Sorting and filing of all billing documents.Coordinate with other departments for necessary documents and client’s concerns.Remit all collection to treasury section.Follow-up and collect overdue accounts.Prepare weekly/monthly summary reports for billing and collections.Performed related duties and responsibilities.

 

C. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Educational Attainment: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration or any related field.Eligibility: None required.Work Experience: 2-3 years of experience. Knowledgeable in SAP.Training/ Certification: None required.Skills: Must have technical expertise, with people skills, computer literate, and excellent communication skills for both English and Filipino (oral and written).Can start ASAP.
