About your role:

As a Senior Associate, Total Rewards (Tier 2) will provide analytical and technical support to the Total Rewards function and coordinate the implementation of compensation & benefits strategies and programs to ensure that SCJ provides competitive programs to its employees and senior leaders. This involves:

Inquiry Management/ResolutionTransaction processingConducting internal equity and external market competitiveness reviews of programs to ensure that SCJ is attracting and retaining top talentGeneral customer service to all SCJ employees in the APAC Region.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Support the administration of various Total Rewards programs of the assigned regionProvide in-depth analyses for current and proposed programs to support decisions and administration of all total reward programs. Conducts internal equity and external market competitiveness reviews of programs to ensure that SCJ is attracting and retaining top talentProvides technical and consultative assistance to HR stakeholders regarding the total rewards programsParticipate in the communication and implementation of various components of a company's pay and rewards programResolves HR process and policy questions related to [Compensation, Benefits, Retirement, Mobility, Vendor Management] through multiple communication channelsLeverages knowledge management solutions to complete inquiries and transactions Works to meet expected service levels and business performance goals 

 

The essential skills and experience

A Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related disciplineAt least 3-5 years of experience in Total Rewards in a Shared Service setup/Regional or Global Business ServicesExperience handling APAC countries’ compensation and benefits programs is requiredStrong drive for results, accuracy, and control complianceExcellent financial / business acumen and analytical abilities

 

Job Requirements

Full-time, direct employmentOnsite work setup; once a week work-from-home upon regularizationWork Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 6 PM (Mondays to Fridays)Overtime might be required depending on the critical deliverable
