The Tech Support I IT Ops works under general direction, provides basic system-level support of a multi-user operating system, hardware and software tools, including installation, configuration, maintenance and support of these systems. This position requires fundamental knowledge of basic troubleshooting of desktops, phones and computer related accessories.

  • Establishing policies and procedures for achieving operational objectives.
  • Ensuring the availability and reliability of systems and networks.
