We are looking for Content Moderator with the following qualifications:

Must have at least Diploma Certificate or Completed 2 years in college.With 1 year experience in Content Moderation/Customer Support, or a similar role. E-commerce platform, trust & safety related work experience is preferred.Proficient in required language (Read and Write)- English and/ or Native Language (Tagalog).Familiar with computer operating system and Office softwareAmenable for Shifting Schedule (Dayshift, Midshift, Graveyard Shift)Amenable to Work Onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Content Review and Moderation

Ensure user-generated content complies with platform policies.Moderate content, taking actions like removal, warnings, or escalations.Use moderation tools effectively.

Appeals Handling

Manage and respond to user appeals regarding moderation decisions.Reevaluate content fairly and consistently.Communicate appeal outcomes clearly to users.

Antifraud Measures

Monitor and detect fraudulent activities (e.g., spam, fake accounts).Investigate and mitigate risks related to suspicious activities.Collaborate with security and fraud prevention teams.

Escalations Management

Handle escalated content moderation issues from support or legal teams.Prioritize and resolve cases based on severity and impact.Work with cross-functional teams for prompt resolution.

Policy Enforcement and Compliance

Enforce content policies fairly, adapting to changes as needed.Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.Ensure compliance with legal requirements and data protection regulations.
