About the role

As a Planner at DM Consunji, Inc., you will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, ensuring the timely and efficient execution of construction projects. In this full-time position based in Batangas Calabarzon, you will play a crucial role in the planning and scheduling of complex construction initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing

Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, and resource requirementsPrepare the detailed construction schedules with “resource loading” and using “estimated durations” to be used for resource planning/management, progress evaluation and cost monitoring (Level 4-5) based on detail Bill of Quantities / WBS, budget, method statements and constraintsCollaborate with project teams to identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts and bottlenecksMonitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as needed to ensure on-time deliveryPrepare S-curve and cash flow based on master construction schedule with cost details for budget monitoringProvide regular updates and reports to project stakeholders, including managementImplement and maintain effective project management tools and processesIdentify opportunities for process improvements and work to optimize planning and scheduling

What we're looking for

Minimum 10 years of experience in a planning or scheduling role within the construction industry both in Gantt and Network Schedule formatsStrong proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera and / or Tilos and make schedule related presentations for analysis and decision-makingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address scheduling challengesThorough understanding of construction processes, project lifecycles, and industry best practicesGraduate of any Engineering Program
