Summary: Create production schedules, manage MRP messages, and coordinate material flow within and between departments to meet production schedules. Ensure timeliness of data entry, print and release work orders, and review work order sequences. Coordinate material flow with multiple products and adhere to EHS practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create Production Schedule for the Value Stream being managed.
- Actioning of MRP Messages (Create, Increase/Decrease Qty, Expedite/Cancel WO)
- Promise date Orders and create Transfer Orders.
- Responsible for Work Order Management in E1 - alignment / re-dating of Work Order, Transfer Order and Sales order
- Creation of Rework Work Orders
- Review materials availability (MOK) and shortage list
- Coordinating and expediting the flow of materials within or between departments according to production schedule.
- Ensure timeliness of data entry.
- Printing and releasing of Work Order package for different value streams
- Review work order sequence
- Handles Multiple products
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- With hands-on experience navigating El or JDE system
- Excellent computer skills
- Good teamwork & can work with minimum supervision
- Highly analytical & very keen on details
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of production flow
- Understanding of sequencing
- Cross functional understanding of product planning
