About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Engineer to join our team at GREEN ASIA CONSTRUCTION & DEV. CORP. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and tracking project progress, implementing effective monitoring systems to ensure adherence to schedules and milestones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare construction schedules, bar charts, and CPM/S-Curve analyses.
  • Develop Manpower Loading, Equipment Loading, and Material Procurement Plans.
  • Compute cumulative scheduled percentage weights for given periods.
  • Provide HR with manpower loading requirements.
  • Monitor manpower loading (actual vs. scheduled).
Requirements
  • Graduate of B.S. in Civil Engineering course.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in high-rise building construction and land development.
  • Computer literacy, including knowledge of PRIMAVERA P6, MS PROJECT, and MS Word and Excel.
  • Willingness to be assigned at the Batangas construction project.
