Key Responsibilities:

Create Production Schedule for the Value Stream being managed.Actioning of MRP Messages (Create, Increase/Decrease Qty, Expedite/Cancel WO)Promise date Orders and create Transfer Orders.Responsible for Work Order Management in E1 - alignment / re-dating of Work Order, Transfer Order and Sales orderCreation of Rework Work OrdersReview materials availability (MOK) and shortage listCoordinating and expediting the flow of materials within or between departments according to production schedule.Ensure timeliness of data entry.Printing and releasing of Work Order package for different value streamsCoordinating and expediting the flow of materials within or between departments according to production schedule.Review work order sequenceHandles Multiple productsAdheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.

Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environmentWith hands-on experience navigating El or JDE systemExcellent computer skillsGood teamwork & can work with minimum supervisionHighly analytical & very keen on detailsEffective oral and written communication skillsKnowledge of production flowUnderstanding of sequencingCross functional understanding of product planningReports preparation in Excel
