Tasks on Track
Perform all data entry related tasks including sorting, proofing, updating, mailing, and storingMaintain data files accuratelyReview data for completeness and accuracyMaintain records of work completedUpdate data in appropriate databases in accurate and timely manner to avoid backloggingContact authors of source documents to address data inconsistencies and to gather missing dataRespond to information requests from the Australian teamWhat Makes You Click
Experience:
At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in data entry, order taking, customer service, or a similar positionPreferably with experience working on an order record system such as the A-W system (not required)Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office and data systemsSkills
Attention to detailHigh typing speed and accuracyStrong numerical skillsAbility to work within time constraintsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly organizedAmenable to work onsiteBachelor’s Degree in any fieldRewards for Your Input
