Reminding customers of their dues periodically, especially those with past due accountsFollowing up with customers and requesting payment for overdue accounts centrallyReceiving a list of unallocated funds and sorting through theseContacting customers through phone to check if they need a copy of their invoices to reduce chasing of past due accountsAdministrative work—receivables mailbox management; allocates or re-routes emails to proper point of contact; answering customer queriesAccepting phone calls and answering customer queries or re-routing the calls to proper point of contactSpreadsheet reconciliationsBuilding good rapport with the customer and providing excellent customer serviceEscalating issues to the Credit ManagerProviding support to the Finance TeamCareful and accurate allocation of customer paymentsThe Perfect Credit Fit: Skills That Shine
