ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Receiving

1. Receives inbound deliveries from local and foreign Suppliers.

2. Validates the quantity and quality of all delivered items.

3. Ensures accurate tagging and system entry of all received items and materials.

4. Secures handling and processing of all products subject for return.

5. Monitors up-to-date records of the Receiving Stock Inventory.

6. Reports all encountered concerns related to operations and inventory.

Allocation

1. Facilitates the product allocation to all Branches and Customers.

2. Ensures accuracy and promptness of allocated inventory items and materials.

3. Executes timely, precise and complete processing and dispatching of all Sales Orders.

4. Monitors and documents the Inventory Transfer Request in the system.

5. Coordinates and maintains an organized and smooth flow of transfer of products to Logistics Driver.

6. Secures good warehousing practices and maintains safety mindset at all times.

7. Reinforces confidentiality and security of files and database.

8. Protects the image and interest of the Company at all times.

9. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

 

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

At least College Level of any course with 6 months to 1 year of experience in Warehouse and Logistics.
