Duties & Responsibility

 

Project Monitoring

Coordinate with the Customer Support Team in maintaining the handover monitoring database with accurate tagging of common areas handover status.Coordinate with the legal team for the completion of Affidavits, Memorandum of Agreement, Board Resolutions of Secretary Certificates may be required by the Conveyance process.Form & register Association at Condo Corp under the following Government Agencies: DSHUD, SEC, and BIRTurnover project to Home Owner's Association

Customer Relations

Assist BOD's on their daily issues and concerns for the common areas, project deliverables and/or unit concerns.Receive BOD concerns through various communication channels,Conducts activities, programs to Homeowners Association.

Turnover Functions

Assist and provides support to Project Development in processing and completing the Building Permit for common areas and complying deficiencies.Assist other matters that may assign from time to time.

Job Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management1 - 3 years work experience in Customer ServiceMust have Customer relationship management, customer oriented, Good communication skills, Good Interpersonal skills & Team player.Can Start ASAP
