Job Description 

Assist and work closely with the purchasing manager on a daily basisAssist in sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and negotiating prices and terms for goods and services.Accurately and promptly create and process purchase ordersMonitor inventory levels, track deliveries, and address discrepancies to ensure optimal stock availabilityEnsure that all contracts, transactions, and prices are accurately documented. Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and pricing. Prepare reports on purchasing activities as neededIn charge of keeping the list of purchase orders updated both monthly and by supplierAssist buyers in coordination with internal customers(support departments) and external customers(SBUs & suppliers)  pertaining to payments & problematic documents

Qualification

Graduate of accounting or business-related field courseWilling to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City Can start ASAP once hired Good communication skills Capable of multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic work environment
