Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related courseAt least 3 years of related experience in the Information Technology industry, with a significant portion of which spent on supporting IT System Management.With relevant training and working knowledge in computer hardware/software, Operating System (Windows, Open Source) Networking (LAN/WAN), TCPIP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, VLAN, Active Directory, Network cabling, Firewall, Server installation/configuration (Mail, FTP), Systems/Network Administration, Administrative work, and Certification in Systems or Network AdministrationProficient in MS Office applicationsStrong analytical, composition, prioritizing, and people-management skills Ability to make sound decisions and maintain confidentialityExcellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and presentation skills

Duties and Responsibilities

Oversees day-to-day operations of organization’s network infrastructureSupervises standard system administration duties including server installation, system/application installation and patch management, Windows problem determination and resolution, firewall administration and overall internal network security, etc.Supports and manages network infrastructure and maintains excellent response times and cycles times Deploys and implements core network systems to assure its high availability and qualityEnsures Server Image and VHD back-up for all PSMBFI core systemsEnsures timely delivery and implementation of networking and security projects and activities in coordination with Information Security sectionCoordinates and liaises with third party service providers and/or in-house technical support personnel into incorporating and updating network infrastructure.Provides IT related orientation and basic training to end-users Maintains software licenses and closely monitors upgrade schedulesParticipates in the creation, maintenance, testing, and execution of the Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery planOversees daily work and activities of staffEvaluates existing administrative or operational policies, practices, and techniques on assigned section and recommends improvementsMaintains manpower in the assigned section. Sets performance goals, monitors team productivity, and provides performance evaluations and constructive feedback to subordinatesPrepares inter-office memoranda, communications, and reports related to assigned sectionPerforms tasks as provided for in the updated and approved PSMBFI Operations ManualPerforms other related functions as directed by superior
