QUANTITY SURVEYOR II

Duties and Responsibilities

Attend Pre-Bids, Clarificatory meetings, and pre-construction planningReview tender and contract documents, including bills of quantitiesAdvise on a procurement strategy/ schedule for delivery of materialsEnsure cost and schedule integration.Validates the billings to the Client, to assure consistency with the contract, if so requested by the Project manager.Monitors the man-hours and cost of the project activities.Advises the Project manager of any event or decision significantly impacting cost.Reviews cost estimates for extras and negotiates changes with Clients and/or vendor and/or subcontractors with the approval of superior management.Assists in the development and implementation of improved cost control and reporting techniques and methods.Prepare project cost report and project budget - accumulated, cost to complete, etc.Evaluation of billings submitted by the contractors and/or suppliers.Ensuring completeness of bid 

 

Position Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalentPRC Licensed is an advantageWith extensive experience as Quantity Surveyor/Estimator for structural, architectural, and fit-out works and extensive project management experience.Proficient in MS Office applications, Autocad, and Planswift.With a background or experience in MEPF Works.Willing to work in a fast-paced work environment and able to meet short-period deadlines.Excellent communication skills and customer service.Good Analytical and financial skills with attention to detail and Good Critical thinking skills.
 

 

PROJECT-IN-CHARGE

Duties and Responsibilities

Directly reports to the Project Manager or Construction ManagerProject daily activity, weekly report, and monthly progress report.Overall control, monitoring, and tracking of construction site activities, manpower, materials, and equipment.Quality control of related activities at the project site to ensure that the specifications and quality control requirements are met.Actively monitor the work environment hazards, and assist in the quality and safety audit.Conduct Safety Toolbox Meeting at the project site.Estimate Bid Plans and support the QS in finalization of billing.Evaluate billings submitted by the contractors and/or suppliers.Coordinates with Head Office Staff, consultants, contractors, suppliers and other personnel.Prepare all necessary documents or requirements for a specific scope of works and handover of projects.Monitor shop drawings and as-built plans.Monitor and prepare manpower payroll and balance of works with cost.Attend meetings with clients, consultants, suppliers, and pre-biddings.Preparation of on-site operations BOM, Monitors BOMVerification of on-site requisition ordersReports to the Project Managercollate project reportsManages site architects & engineersAttend coordination meetingsMonitors all progress billings and reports of Site Architects/Engineers

Position Requirements

PROJECT MANAGER 

Duties and Responsibilities

Review and Monitor the work progress on a daily basisPrepare internal and external reports of job statusPlan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completionManage construction schedule and activitiesBudget planning and cost estimatingWorker Productivity is maintained Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costsOversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor complianceMonitors productivity of all Construction Site Architects and EngineersAbility to provide schedules based on projection and actual site conditionsEnsure that all requirements needed for productivity (eg. materials and manpower) Prepare weekly progress reports indicating progress updates regarding Quality, safety, Progress, cost, and timelines

Position Requirements

Minimum 8 years experience in Construction, Architectural and Interior Fit-out WorksShould have proven working experience in construction management or relevant experience BS Civil Engineering or BS Architecture GraduateTeam Leader and Team PlayerOutstanding knowledge of building products, construction details, regulations, and quality construction standardsComputer literate ; Microsoft Programs, Google Drive
