Join our team as a Quantity Surveyor and take on the challenge of managing commercial planning for projects of similar size and complexity.

  • Total work experience: 15+ years
  • Total relevant experience: 5-10 years of experience in contracting/consultancy of projects of similar size/complexity
  • Key responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage the commercial planning for projects, including preparing and submitting monthly progress claims to clients
    • Prepare procurement schedules and evaluate sub-contractors
    • Track and report project progress and costs in consultation with project teams
    • Evaluate and report sub-contractor progress, validity of claims, etc.
    • Assess costs and time for potential projects and prepare formal proposals
    • Lead kick-off, coordination and clarification meetings
    • Perform quantity take-off if necessary
    • Submit deliverables in a timely and quality manner
  • Requirements:
    • Proficient in Primavera P6, Planswift, and other tools
