Job description

Interpret civil, architectural or engineering drawings and specificationsIn-charge of assigned estimating works for bid proposals and/or ongoing Projects.Prepare / verify / validate Bill of Quantities and/or Bill of MaterialsMeasure and take off quantities for architectural, structural and MEP work elementsAssess variation costs, prepare interim valuations for contractor’s progress billings.Prepare Subcontract Packages in coordination with Procurement.Shall perform other duties that his/her immediate superior may assign from time to time.

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying is preferred. Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field is also acceptable.

5-10 years’ experience working in construction infrastructure/civil projects.

 •  Technical experience in all cost management areas, estimating, pre-contract and post contract.

Demonstrates excellent presentation, verbal, written, and communication skills.Good organization skills, ability to multi-task, and be a team player.

Additional Information:

For Senior Quantity Surveyor: minimum of 10 years experience

For Quantity Surveyor: minimum of 5 years experience

Job Type: Full Time

Familiar with MS suites and other engineering programs and tools.
