The Assistant Quantity Surveyor manages contracts and costs of a construction project, from beginning to completion. They are expected to have an aptitude for mathematics, estimation, and problem-solving, and is accountable to estimate the cost of materials, work out what labour will be needed, and make sure work is completed within its projected budget.

The incumbent's is very hands-on in the construction process and are in charge of running a cost analysis on repair work, issuing payments to contractors.

Requirements:
