BASIC FUNCTION:

Provides overall assistance in all IT related requirements and concerns.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Technical Support

Knows and applies fundamental troubleshooting and optimizing all database connected in SAP
system to ensure optimal performance and seamless integration between various software
system.Familiar with API maintenance, such as encryption, authentication and give users’ access in
the API.Know how to debug API issues such as timeout and connection errors, CORS and cross origin,
due to incorrect syntax, invalid data parameters and missing or incorrect headersDeep understanding in dealing with Server internal error like 500,502 to 507 “Errors”Provides technical assistance related to different software applications that are connected to
SAP including procedural documentation and relevant reports.Code and Tests compatibility of new programs with existing ones.Give assistance to evaluating vendor’s supplied software by studying user objections and
testing software compatibility with existing hardware programs.Familiar with cloud technology platform like Azure, AWS, google Cloud and the likesIdentifies, investigates, and resolves user’s problems with computer software and hardware.Resolve Technical issues via phone, in person, or remotely.Performs other related duties as assigned by his/her immediate supervisor.

 

Application Support

Develops programs, test scripts, deploys, and maintains business applications and systems
integration required for the operation.SDLC concept familiarity is a plus.Assess opportunities for applications and process improvement and prepare documentation of
rationale to hare with team members and other affected parties.Generates regular reports in format and frequency that has been agreed upon with the users. When necessary, performs the needed programming to deliver the reports.Ensures data accuracy and consistency through validation with relevant technical or business
groups.Periodically initiates report reviews to maintain the relevance of data provided.Helps to building maintain the front-end and back of the systemGenerates ad hoc or special reports as aligned with requestors. Assist in operational support
efforts by providing necessary data.Proactively suggests designs and processes improvements based on available resources and
best practices.

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent.With at least one to three (1-3) years of experience in Tech Support, Desktop Support, and application support.Knowledge of defensive programming skills will be given preference.Experience the following is preferred WEB Development, REST API Development, SAP Crystal
Reports.Proficient in Windows Applications.Amenable to work on weekends/holidays to prepare workstations and IT support when
necessary.Knowledge on SAP Application is a definite plus.Knowledge and experience in Content Management Systems such as WordPress, Joomla, and
Drupal.Familiar with PHP, Python, ASP, Jquery, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, JSON.stringifyJSON.parsel, MongoDB, PyMongo, Ionic, React NativeExcellent organizational, problem-solving team and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to explain technical issues to technical and nontechnical employees and customers.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient with Microsoft office 365 or Related software.Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer hardware and software.
