Job Summary

 

The Quality Assurance Officer ensure the products meet the quality standards. Implement and monitor, Good Manufacturing Practices. Inspect facilities for compliance with standards and review customer feedback and respond to any complaints.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

Assits and work with the Quality Assurance In - Charge and Group QA Manager in the designing requirements, establishing, implementing and maintenance of the Management System of the organization. base on good a practice including; Corporate Information Management Retention Schedules, Appraisal, Freedom of Information, Data Protection, Migration of historical content, Regular Information Audits, and Electronic Document Management System.Coordinate with the concerned department with regards to the scheduling of audit activities and monitoring of its effective execution.Quality Documentation review, evaluation and approval of ISO management system certifcation, product certification, Halal Certification & Audit Pack Report and Inspection Activities.Conduct Management System Training to all employees based on schedule and evaluates and training conducted.Verifies effectivenes of the proposal corrective action implementation from the issued Corrective Action Report.

 

Qualifications

Should have atleast 1 year of working experience in the related fieldGood oral and communication skillsProficient in MS Office applicationsWith knowledge in GMP, HACCP & ISO is an advantage.Preferably Registered EngineerCan start ASAP
