Key Responsibilities:
•Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing prompt and accurate information about products, orders, and policies.
•Order Management: Assist with processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and promptly.
•Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating complex cases to senior team members when necessary.
•Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
•Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
